What date is it, ah, April 7th.
I’ve reached my new mini weight goal, got myself back into 86s, that happened couple of weeks ago. Since then it’s been a one step forward, one step back situation. Problem – food ingredient companies, like Hello F….etc. The food is so nice, but I tend to cook it in the evenings and not stick to my to small meal ethic for dinner, which puts me back.
So, I cancelled or paused the subscriptions for a while. I always do try to take some tips from those recipes, particularly where there are meals involving loads of vegetables. Hoping I can get better and prepping my own meals that are more veg filled and lower in calories.
My exercise is still lacking. Now with the better much brighter and warmer, my only excuse is that I don’t want to leave my poorly dog home alone. He’s recovering from surgery so needs loads of attention.
Determined, that this week I will bite the bullet, leave the fuzzball alone and get in the extra steps. Need to get me back into those 85s!
The important thing is, I’ve finally started addressing my weight again, and even though it’s much slower than the last time, my weight is heading back down in the right direction.
