- 2 daysI spent 2 days in a row this week, on the same lower weight. Every time I spend more than a day on the same lower weight (or there abouts), I find that my body solidifies that new weight and it becomes the new normal. - Oh, just getting on with stuffWhat date is it, ah, April 7th. I’ve reached my new mini weight goal, got myself back into 86s, that happened couple of weeks ago.
