Okay, it’s a bit of an exaggeration – but just as I was getting back on the bandwagon – getting good with food, and back to exercise – injury! I’ve been out of action for nearly 2 weeks now and counting.
And when I say injury, I’m not even sure it is an injury and not something else. Point is – my feet hurt so much, I can’t stand on them for very long, so any time of exercise that involves feet is out of the question at the moment.
