I think I won’t be in this blog much in the future. I try to, but reality is with getting a puppy he’s been taking up so much of my time, I’ve not had much time to keep to healthy food regimes, exercise – well not the kind of exercise I need to do, and definitely not writing my blog/diary. Although the pup is a bit older now, and I’ve both lost and regained some weight since getting him – and in reality I should be paying more attention to my food intake again, and in fact I’m trying to…..
Okay, I’m convincing myself to keep writing here, even if my musings might be more sporadic than before. I mean, I even put on my work-out gear on a couple of times and realised that I don’t need to worry about the puppy 24/7 so it’s okay to go for a quick run on my own, whilst he’s home alone.
Fine, I’ll get back to exercise, as soon as puppy is back to normal post his operation this week. I’ll start slowly with shred and I’ll get back to my own brisk walk – which happens to be too far / fast for the doggy, so I’ll do it alone.
My weight at the moment – not good – well not bad either – I’m certainly not the chubby lot I was pre-pandemic, but I need to, NEED to, get myself back on my track to my next goal.
Okay then, I’ll see you all here again, just not as often. Turns out coming to write today was a good idea – rather than saying goodbye I’ve talked myself into continuing, just less often.
