Sometime in November
I want to say the drunken night and verbal diarrhoea are long forgotten now. I’m undamaged physically. Mentally – well that’s a different matter.
But, back to the matter at hand – exercise. I’m sure this blog diary is supposed to be about exercise. No?
In a bid to rekindle my romance with exercise – eeek – and finally seriously start working towards my next weight goal, my old HIIT buddy from work and I signed up to a November challenge. The idea being, we commit to doing exercise 6/7 days a week. Hoping that this support we have for each other, and common goal, will get us going once again.
