What ever possessed me – ha ha ???

Ok, so in my last post I was whinging about not doing any exercise, and being lazy – OMG how quickly can I turn that around is unbelievable. 

I mean – crazy or what and for someone who hates exercise…. what got into me…..

Today is what – today is March 31 (well it was) and since last Saturday I’ve been through this:

Saturday – 12k walkCompleted
SundayRest
Monday – 12 k walk 60 bicycle crunches 10 crunches 10 press usp  Done Done Done done
Tuesday – 16k cycle Dance gymnastics session  Done done
Wednesday  – 8k walk done
Thursday  – 12k walkDone
Friday  – 10k walk done 
SaturdayREST
Sunday So far it’s been:   YOGA poses all morning (around 30 minutes so far) 60 bicycle crunches 30 crunches 30 reverse crunches 30 Russian twists Couple of minutes of planks And 1 bad attempt at that plank challenge from TikTok (OMG) And it’s not even the afternoon yet  done

I mean, I went out for a cycle on Tuesday of my own free will!!! How did that happen?

Maybe – just maybe – I’m starting to push myself a little bit. God if only I could make that stick!

Why is it that one minute I can be so motivated, and determined to push myself, and do the exercises, and then I wake up the next morning and quite frankly – forget all about my determination!!! 

That’s so frustrating.

As it is, I will take this last week and not complain about it.  That’s more exercise I’ve had in the last week, than all of March combined.
