“Recap” – Kito, Van Jess, Charlie Tres

I feel like I whittled on in the last few posts about random stuff.   This one is something I’ve wanted to do for a while. This one is short (and sweet 🙂 ).  I’m just doing a little recap here for the new joiners – and a little bit for myself to remind myself of my achievements over the last 10/11 months. Besides, my diary – I can do what I want. (emoji with sticky tongue out)

1 – how this diary started – well, because I was planning on taking a cycling holiday to Cambodia and wanted to keep a diary of my training efforts. That went tits-up in 2020.

2 – the cycling holiday has since been cancelled – twice (cue tantrum)

3 – after tantrum, I’ve decided to keep my sanity by using this diary as a record of my journey towards losing a few pounds and toning a few muscles

4  – now………..now I have a day off and thoughts in my head so I’m putting them down.

Snacking habitsYep, everything, anything, all the time – crisps, chocolates, more chocolates, extra food portions, bread, pastry, food, food, food. Still snacking – but at regular times, evening biscuit and chocolate.
Lots of water (well, tea), drinks are snacks too. Prawns (yep, prawns), apples, Ryvita cracker breads.
